Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles & the NBA Finals...

Hello.

Sorry for not being able to stay updated with my blogs, but lately life is just taking over. School, work, homework and just plain laziness has completely derailed me from writing more that I'd want to but better late than never right?

Anyways so today instead of the usual family breakfast, we all decided that it would be a good idea to go to the famous Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles instead.

At first I was completely unsure about the thought of eating chicken and waffles together. I mean c'mon, chicken AND waffles TOGETHER??? Who does that?

But I was in for an unexpected surprise. The chicken turned out to be perfect. It wasn't to salty nor was it too dry. Their waffles were also great as well! I would never have suspected how good chicken and waffles can be together.

All in all, it was a good breakfast and I'm most definitely coming back there again one of these days to have seconds, and maybe even thirds.

P.S. The NBA FINALS is officially set as the Orlando Magic just ousted the home team Cleveland Cavaliers to represent the Eastern Conference in the NBA Finals. I can't wait to see how our L.A. Lakers will respond to this tough team!
